The Finance Department provides timely and accurate financial information to key stakeholders and other clientele. Finance Department pursues financial management functions of the College through effective accounting and financial reporting, procurement, student accounts, accounts payable and accounts receivables.


To excel in providing accurate and timely financial services to the College and clientele.


Bayan College is a private higher education institution. The college seeks to achieve financial stability to ensure better services for inside and outside the community. The main college’s income source is the students’ tuition fees and short courses. This income source is used to meet all college expenditures. The Finance Department (FD) is responsible for managing the financial aspect of the college. All financial records and transactions are externally audited to maintain transparency.


Finance Department provides supports for the college in Financial Budget, Payroll, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables and Students Accounting Services. Accurate and timely financial reports will help the institution to take future steps to success.
