N.B: Costs for textbooks and study accessories are excluded and are subject to change each semester.

Fee Payment Procedure

  • Students are required to pay 50% of the total tuition fees at the time of registration.
  • An additional 25% of the tuition fees must be paid no later than one week before the mid-term examinations (Week 7 for the Fall and Spring semesters; Week 3 for the summer semester).
  • The remaining balance must be paid within one week after the mid-term examinations.

Important Notes

  • Withdrawal and Postponement: A student who withdraws, drops out, or postpones his/her studies more than one week after the start of the semester is required to pay the tuition fees as outlined in the fee payment procedures.
  • Measures for Late Payment of Tuition Fees:
    • Withholding the student’s grades.
    • Restricting the student from registering for the next semester.
    • Withholding the issuance of any official certificate bearing the College’s seal.

Refund Details:

The table below presents the refund amounts applicable when a student withdraws from a course or courses, provided the student has followed the fee payment requirements specified above.
