The purpose of the Staff Excellence Award is to acknowledge and appreciate the outstanding contribution and commendable service of the faculty member to his department and College.

The Staff excellence award in the Academic staff category has been awarded to Mr.Badis Ben Salah for his dedication, hard work and service to the College.

The purpose of the Staff Excellence Award is to acknowledge and appreciate the outstanding contribution and commendable service of the staff member to his/her department and the College as a whole.

- Quality service to the college over an extended period of time.
The winner of this award has:
- Demonstrated extraordinary dedication to the fulfillment of the College goals and mission.
- Consistently and substantially demonstrated an ability and willingness to work positively, respectfully, and effectively with others
- Represented the College greatly in various places and occasions.
- Suggested ideas for work methods that increase productivity, save time, and money according to the guidelines of the supreme council.
- Exhibited loyality,engagement and confidentiality in workplace
- Demonstrated excellence in decision making and multitasking
- Attested high productivity at work
- Fostered excellent collaboration, communication, and cooperation among colleagues and stakeholders
- Displayed affable characteristics and never complained or failed to comply to tasks
- Taken initiative, and carried out responsibilities for the good of the College community as a whole
The Staff excellence award in the administrative staff category has been awarded to Ms. Shahama Al Araimi for her years of service, dedication and exceptional contribution to the College.
Finally, this distinctive category award has been presented to Mr. Haneesh Kumar for his exemplary leadership, dedication and hard work.
Mr. Haneesh has:
- Exhibited exemplary leadership and guided the GFP
- Coordinated the GFP audit portfolio requirements
- Displayed excellence as head of the Exam Committee
- Evaluated outstanding by his peers
- Performed as an efficient decision maker in department matters
- Proven to be proficient, enthusiastic in work and highly responsible
- Outstanding multitasking abilities
- Initiated new approaches in GFP to enhance the teaching and learning process
- Demonstrated excellent department management
